Career & Purpose
Not what job you'd enjoy on paper. The kind of work that matches how you actually think, and the kind that leaves you exhausted for reasons you can't quite name.
About the archetypes
Career-fit quizzes here don't ask what job title would look impressive on you. The archetypes come out of watching what people actually do at work versus what they say they want. Managers and makers use time differently and neither is better. Some people run toward standards, some toward relationships, some toward the interesting problem, some toward being left alone to build.
When a quiz sorts you into something like "The Systems Architect" or "The Front-Facing Operator," what it's really telling you is which working conditions will drain you least over the next decade. That answer usually surprises people, because it's not a job title.
